Warranty
From the date of delivery of the equipment by our company, within 12 months of normal use in accordance with our company's usage requirements, due to defects in our design, materials, manufacturing, and workmanship, we promise to unconditionally repair the equipment in the shortest possible time.
During the 12 months, the following issues are not covered by our warranty:
● Problems caused by incorrect operation or maintenance by users;
● Any accident caused by force majeure such as natural disasters;
● Any damage caused by the product during operation and other impacts involved in stopping operation.
Our commitment
From the first day of equipment commissioning, we will assign a dedicated person to monitor the operation status at your company's construction site; "We guarantee 24 hour on call availability. During this 24 month period, we will accompany one or two employees with mechanical and electrical skills in your company to ensure that minor equipment problems can be resolved by ourselves.". After the warranty period expires, the warranty can be renewed at a fee based on customer needs. We will provide customers with 24-hour or even shorter response times throughout the year, providing customers with 24-hour telephone response services 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day.

After the expiration of the 12 month warranty period, we will sign a maintenance contract with our customers, who will continue to enjoy our supporting services.
Staffing: Our maintenance personnel are trained and qualified engineers with strong equipment maintenance experience.
Spare parts supply: After each overall inspection, we will provide a recommended list of customer supplied spare parts for emergency needs.
